How do I buy tickets? What payment methods are accepted? +

VIP seats are located in the front row golden position, closest to the stage, with the highest chance of interaction with performers. VIP guests enjoy one complimentary drink (choice of tea or coffee), priority entry lane, exclusive lounge access, and the opportunity to take photos with performers after the show. It's the perfect choice for dates, treating guests, and celebrations.
Can I get a refund? What is the rescheduling policy? +
Full refunds are available up to 72 hours before the show. Refunds within 48 hours incur a 20% service fee. No refunds within 24 hours, but tickets may be transferred to others. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the show. Same-price rescheduling is free once; seat upgrades require paying the price difference. If a show is canceled due to force majeure, we will provide a full refund.

Regular commercial shows are recommended for audiences aged 16 and over, as some content may not be suitable for minors. There are special family-friendly shows on weekends suitable for children aged 6 and above, and children require tickets. Family show content is carefully curated, healthy and positive, suitable for the whole family to enjoy. Please check the show details page for specific information.

Mulan Theater features a semi-circular immersive layout with a total of 90 seats, including 15 VIP premium seats in the front row. Popular shows often sell out, so we recommend booking and selecting seats early. To ensure the viewing experience, no standing tickets are sold, and all audience members have assigned seats. The theater uses a stepped design, ensuring every row has a good view of the performance.
Can I take photos or videos? Can I bring food and drinks? +
Photography, audio recording, and video recording are prohibited during the performance. This protects the performers' intellectual property rights and avoids disturbing other audience members' viewing experience. After the show, you may take photos with performers in designated areas. Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the theater. We offer tea, coffee, drinks and beverages for sale, and VIP guests receive complimentary drinks.
